God says in Ecclesiastes 2:26 “For God gives to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he gives travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God.”
Again God says “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, But the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.”
God says in Zechariah 14:14 “And the wealth of all the surrounding nations Shall be gathered together: Gold, silver, and apparel in great abundance.”

God gives the answer in Job 27 verses 13, 16 and 17 “This is the portion of a wicked man with God, And the heritage of oppressors, received from the Almighty, Though he heaps up silver like dust, And piles up clothing like clay- He may pile it up, but the just will wear it, And the innocent will divide the silver.
